How do I access the Beta environment?
However in order to get your user credentials , you need to send an email to unica.beta@hcl-software.com
with the Subject:
“Tango Beta Environment Access”,
with the Email Text:
“ I accept” & in addition provide the following details
Your first and last name; company name and country where you are located.
with the Email Attachment:
with the Pre-Release Agreement as an attachment to the Email.
Once you do this, you will be emailed your Credentials for the Tango Beta Environment
I already participated in the HCL Unica V12 Beta program. Is there anything I need to do differently for accessing the HCL Unica Project Tango Beta program?

Once you do this, you will be emailed your Login ID for the Tango Beta Environment

Look up your login credentials for the Beta environment.
- If your credentials are not listed, please request access via email to unica.beta@hcl-softtware.com with the subject "HCL Unica Beta Environment Access"

Beta Program Testing & Feedback
Are there any best practices to be followed during the Beta program?
- Since this is a shared environment, organize your work in the application into folders as and when applicable.
- Choose folder names that are easy to search,access and reflect your usage. In case of privacy concerns, use generic names (For example: customer_1234).
- When testing email/SMS please configure your target audience judiciously to ensure there is no spamming. Refer to the relevant videos for more details.
- Confine your exploration to features outlined in the scope of the Beta and provide feedback related to it.
- In case of any issues with the environment, please email to unica.beta@hcl-software.com for support.
We currently have a HCL Unica deployment. Is there anything I need to be aware of when switching between the HCL Unica Project Tango Beta environment and my current HCL Unica deployment?
How do I provide feedback on a specific feature or function included in the Beta?
